Exchange & Returns Process
All of our pillow covers are custom made. We are a small custom shop, we do not keep inventory. Each pillow cover is made especially for you with the utmost care. We try very hard to have good clear pictures that depict the items you’ll receive. However if you’re not sure of your choice, we encourage you to order fabric swatches to help you make a selection. Since each pillow cover is custom made per order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please contact us with any questions at [email protected]
